Order Cut-Off Time
We're based in the UK and we work Monday to Friday. Anything ordered on these days, before 1:30pm will be sent out on the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays will be sent out on the next working day.
We don't work UK public / bank holidays because there are no delivery services available to send your order.
Delivery Services
We use a variety of couriers. When you reach checkout, a selection of delivery options will be shown to you based on the order weight, value and delivery location.
The delivery options offered to you will provide a variety of speeds and costs that are all suitable for your delivery location. The options are regularly updated to reflect any current situations such as strike action or delays.
Delivery Times
You should see an estimate of the delivery time when you reach checkout. This is based on your location, current delivery data and the service you have selected.
We will always offer an Express Service but our basic service is shown below.
• For UK based orders, our free shipping option will be Royal Mail First Class post. This has a next working day delivery target.
• For EU based orders, we use Priority Airmail. This has a delivery target of 3 to 10 days depending on the location.
• For the rest of the world, please refer to the time shown at checkout. It varies between 5 and 30 days depending on your location.
