These small black grommets are fitted into the wing and used with a screw to line up and fix the corner of the bumper. They are used on a number of different Honda vehicles. These plastic parts often become brittle over time or can be broken if the corner of the vehicle is knocked or damaged. They will often need replacing if the bumper if removed, repaired or realigned.
