These are common undertray, splash shield and wheel arch lining clips used on several modern Toyota models. The are used on the latest RAV4 as well as the C-HR, Auris and Avensis. The clip is a simple expanding plastic rivet. It fits into a 7mm hole and expands when the centre button is pushed in and locks the clip in position. These parts do not require any tools to fit.
