Ordering, Deliveries & Our Returns Policy

We prefer you to order through this website. It means you can see and review your order to ensure everything is correct. It also allows us to keep our costs down and to provide you with the best prices. We have trade accounts available which offer bulk discounts for regular buyers. We do not offer credit accounts.
The site is simple to use but if you have any questions on how to place an order, please call us on 01635 55 11 22 and we will do our best to assist you. We're open Monday to Friday, 8am until 4pm. We are unable to take payment over the phone or by cheque.
Processing & Delivering Your Order
Your order will be securely packaged and sent out as quickly as possible. Everything ordered by 1pm, UK time, Monday to Friday is sent out on the same day. This does not include UK public holidays where the postal services are not operating. Anything ordered outside of these times will be sent on the next working day.
We use several different postal carriers and will select an appropriate one depending on the size and value of your order. Depending on your location, we may also be able offer you premium delivery services at additional cost. These are automatically shown on the checkout page once you enter the delivery address.
UK Based Buyers
Free shipping is included on every order being delivered in the UK. The standard free shipping is by Royal Mail First Class post. This has a next day delivery target but it is not guaranteed. If your delivery address allows us to use other couriers, you may be shown these as an optional shipping upgrade at checkout. They will only appear once you enter your shipping address.
We ship worldwide. The cost and delivery services available will vary depending on your location. Once you begin to enter your shipping address, the services and price will be shown on the page. We will always try ship your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is packed, processed and collected by the postal carrier, we will update your order status to Complete. We do not include printed invoices with the goods, but you will be emailed a copy as soon as they are sent.
Our returns policy for consumers exceeds the minimum specified by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We offer all customers (consumers or businesses) a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to return them. You then have 14 days to send them back to us. You must notify us before you return any products. This will help us prepare for the return and ensure that any refund due is processed as quickly as possible.
If the supplied goods are faulty or you haven't received the correct item that you ordered, we will normally pay your return postage costs. This is subject to you contacting us before returning anything.
If you have changed your mind or no longer need the parts, the cost of return postage will need to be paid by you. You must still inform us before you return the items.
All items need to be in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund for any loss of value to the goods. For business to business sales, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
