Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed before midday in UK time will be sent out on the same day. We only process packages Monday to Friday. Any orders placed outside of these times will be sent the next working day.

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. This service has a next day delivery target but it is not a guaranteed time scale. UK buyers should expect to receive your order 2-3 working days after ordering. If there is going to be any delay we will try to notify you. High value orders may be sent by recorded mail or courier at our discretion.

Items which do not arrive should be reported to us at [email protected] We will endeavour to trace the item.We will adhere to Royal Mail timescales for non-receipt claims and these may vary through the year. If the mail service is suspended for any reason we cannot be held responsible for delays. International delivery times will vary depending by location. Most can expect delivery within 5-10 days. The maximum delivery time for any area is up to 28 days.

Returns & Replacements

We really hope you'll be happy with the items that you've purchased. Your purchase is covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. You have a right to return the items but please notify us within 30 days after you receive the delivery.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will need to provide you with a returns address and reference number.

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong order or damaged items, please let us know and we will try to replace the goods as quickly as possible. We will not be held liable or offer any financial compensation for any problems relating to a delayed or damaged delivery. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you must return the goods unused and in a resaleable condition.

We prefer you to order through the website. It means you can see and review your order to ensure everything is correct. It also allows us to keep our costs down and to provide you with the best prices.

We are unable to take payment over the phone or by cheque.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We reserve the right to update our prices as and when we see fit. Any promotions can be withdrawn at any time. We can withdraw a price at any time up to the dispatch of your order. This means we can withdraw from any sale whereby we have made an error in pricing or promotion. You will be refunded in full and the order cancelled.
